It depends on the plan, but all tiers include bug fixes, theme and app updates, uptime monitoring, and monthly health reports. Growth and Enterprise plans add security monitoring, performance optimization, dedicated development hours, and direct Slack access to your team.

Basic plan: 4-hour response during business hours. Growth plan: 2-hour response during business hours. Enterprise plan: 1-hour response during business hours, with 24/7 critical issue support. Critical issues (store down, checkout broken) are always prioritized regardless of plan.

Yes. Growth includes 10 hours and Enterprise includes 20 hours of development time per month. Use them for new sections, design updates, conversion improvements, app installations, or any feature work. Unused hours do not roll over.

Always. Every theme update, app update, and code change is tested on a staging environment first. We verify functionality, performance, and compatibility before deploying to your live store. Rollback plans are in place for every deployment.

You can upgrade your plan at any time or purchase additional development hours at our standard rate. For large one-off projects, we scope them separately from your retainer so your monthly hours remain available for ongoing work.

Basic is month-to-month with no commitment. Growth requires a 3-month minimum and Enterprise requires a 6-month minimum. After the minimum period, all plans continue month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.

Enterprise plan: Our monitoring detects it within 60 seconds and our on-call engineer responds immediately, 24/7. Growth plan: Automated monitoring sends an alert, and we respond first thing in the morning. Basic plan: Same monitoring and alerting — we address it during business hours.
