By accessing or using the website at cruxtab.com and engaging Cruxtab Technologies (“Company,” “we,” “us”) for development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Cruxtab Technologies provides Shopify development services including but not limited to: custom store development, Shopify Plus builds, headless commerce, app development, theme development, migration services, SEO optimization, CRO, and ongoing maintenance. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project proposals and contracts.
Each project is governed by a separate project proposal/contract that outlines scope, deliverables, timeline, pricing, and payment terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Service and a project contract, the project contract shall prevail for matters specific to that project.

We accept bank transfer, PayPal, and Wise for international payments.
Client Ownership: Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for your project become your property. You receive full ownership and rights to use, modify, and distribute the work.
Our Tools & Frameworks: We retain ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, libraries, or code snippets that existed prior to or were developed independently of your project. We grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use these components within your project.
Portfolio Rights: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials.
We commit to delivering projects within agreed timelines. However, timelines may be extended due to: delays in client feedback or content delivery, scope changes requested by the client, force majeure events, or third-party dependencies. We will communicate any timeline changes promptly and work to minimize delays.
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately and require written approval before work begins. We use change request processes to keep scope and budget transparent.
We warrant that our work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. We provide 30 days of bug-fix support post-launch for defects in our work.
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as sales volumes, conversion rates, or search engine rankings, as these depend on many factors beyond our control. Our website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind beyond those expressly stated.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cruxtab Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. We will deliver all completed work and materials. Deposits for work not yet started may be refundable at our discretion, subject to our Refund Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
