Cruxtab Forms is our own Shopify app. Merchants build forms with a drag-and-drop editor, choose from more than 20 field types, start from templates, and add conditional logic — without leaving the Shopify admin.
We designed and built the app and its marketing site, including a live "try before you install" demo, documentation, and a pricing page with a free plan.
